The Hui Space is a small meeting area designed for focused discussions and small group work.
It works well for strategy sessions, planning meetings, and small team conversations where a simple and practical setup is needed.
The space is located within Te Ngahere and is not a fully enclosed room. It is best suited to groups comfortable working within an open and shared setting.
Capacity and layout
The Hui Space is set up in a fixed boardroom-style layout.
Capacity is up to 8 people seated at the meeting table.
Because the layout is fixed, the room is best suited to meetings rather than workshops or presentations.

Pricing
Hire pricing for the Hui Space is charged per hour.
$40 + GST per hour
Pricing includes use of the space, furniture, and listed equipment.
*After-hours security
For bookings that run after hours, a security guard is required for the duration of the booking. Security is charged at $35 + GST per hour, with a minimum charge of five hours.
